Let’s be honest here–most of us are lacking in this area and can use any tips we can get on how to improve flexibility, right?
We are quick to put ourselves through rigorous workouts and expect that our bodies simply return to “proper resting state” with little thought of cooling down and attending to those muscles we just hammered.
Stretching does not have to be a daunting, mammoth task–and requires little else but time and some space to spread out. (Most of the problems from clients who come to me on this issue revolve around a “lack of time” or “forgetting to do the stretches”).
With that in mind, here are a few ways that you can improve flexibility and move a little more comfortably during your daily lives:
