Beer Review: Bimini Twist IPA from 3 Daughters Brewing

bt_3d

Most you y’all know by now that I’m attracted to shiny packaging and bright colors—often times at the expense of what’s really inside. (And some of you actually know my ex-girlfriend, so that makes the joke 100% funnier…I think).

That reality, and the fact that this beer is named after one of my all time favorite knots, made my choice of 3 Daughters “Bimini Twist IPA” a real no-brainer. And, in this instance, choice-by-vanity worked. (Yet again)!!

Drinkers of Bimini Twist are rewarded with a light, crisp IPA that can just as easily be tilted on the weed lines in search of Dorado as it can be in your favorite dockside pub.  What’s more, its easy finish makes this beer a fine choice for entry level craft brew drinkers, as well as those looking to really party down on the weekends at Laudy Lagoon.

Everything considered, Bimini Twist IPA is a definite winner, ranking at least a 4 on the “Beer Crushability” scale. Its namesake might leave you twisted in knots trying to tie one—but Bimini Twist IPA will go down smoothly and without backlash. Next time y’all are looking to score a nice haul of tail, be sure to choose a Bimini Twist as your leader and you’ll be sure land the prized one!
